If you are faxing or mailing in your order, please include your payment along with
a phone number and/or email address so we can contact you with any questions regarding
your order.
Grapevine, La Viña and all Grapevine items are mailed in packaging that protects
anonymity.
Grapevine does not accept group contributions. It is self-supporting through the
sale of the magazine and Grapevine items.

Refund Policy
Subscription cancellations:
The unused portion of a magazine (print, digital or audio), the Digital Story Archive
or the Grapevine online subscription will be refunded upon request.
Product Orders:
Overpayments of $10 or less are refunded upon request. Overpayments of $10 are refunded
automatically.
Product Returns:
Returns of merchandise must be pre-approved by customer service to be refunded.

Security and Confidentiality
Grapevine's online catalog provides Internet security by hosting the catalog on
a secure server. We use AAGrapevine.org as much as possible for web pages and emails
but we do occasionally use others. Currently we use Pubservice.com for subscription
order and customer service pages and emails. The Grapevine digital magazine; email
address is Grapevine-mailer@mail.realviewtechnologies.com and for La Vińa it is
La Vińa-mailer@mail.realviewtechnologies.com. The order processing and fulfillment
companies we use pledge secure procedures as well as respecting your confidentiality
by not sharing any customer information.
